Embrace the richness of the season with Petals & Pumpkins, a hands-on floral arranging workshop inspired by the warm colors, natural textures, and abundance of autumn.
Led by Tiffany, owner of The Joyful Florist, this class will explore a traditional fall palette of warm oranges, golden yellows, rich reds, creams, deep greens, and other seasonal tones. You’ll learn how to bring these colors together in a design that feels balanced, dimensional, and beautifully suited to the season.
Throughout the class, Tiffany will teach essential floral techniques including flower preparation, building structure, establishing focal points, balancing color, and layering blooms and greenery for texture and movement. Step-by-step guidance will help you understand not just where to place each element, but how the principles behind the design can be applied to future arrangements.
You’ll leave with your completed autumn arrangement and practical floral design skills you can continue using at home.
What to Expect
This is a hands-on workshop with instruction and designing throughout the class. Tiffany will demonstrate each stage of the design process and provide step-by-step guidance as you build your arrangement from start to finish.
You’ll work with a curated selection of fresh seasonal flowers, greenery, and textural elements selected to complement the Petals & Pumpkins theme and rich autumn palette.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Instruction begins promptly at 11:30am.
