About this Event
upReach is pleased to be partnering again with Bank of America to deliver the event, Championing Change, on the 4th November 2026, from 08:30 - 10:30 at King Edward Hall, Bank of America, London. We are excited to build on the success of the previous two years, and the event will be focussed on delivering actionable best practice and useful connections to improve approaches, processes and practice to support the diversification of talent pipelines, widen recruitment pools, and ensure diverse hires progress into leadership. Through addressing this gap within the social mobility space, we hope to bring together our network to discuss, share and promote solutions and best practices to further improve inclusion within the workplace.
The morning will include:
- Networking Breakfast
- Panel discussion and Q&A
- Table discussions
- Keynote speaker
We are happy to confirm a keynote presentation from Tom Lyas, Head of Resourcing & Social Mobility at Browne Jacobson, and a panel with leading industry experts, that will be annouced very soon!
