Chakra Dance Meditation
Chakra Dance Meditation is a joyful journey through music, movement, breath and meditation. An invitation to express yourself and reconnect with YOU.
We’ll move through the seven chakras, one at a time, using music, movement, breath and guided visualization to explore the energy and qualities connected to each one.
You’ll be invited to bring your awareness into different parts of your body, visualize each chakra, and then dance it out, allowing your body to move, express and respond in whatever way feels natural.
There’s no choreography to follow and nothing you need to get “right.” Your movement might be big, small, slow, wild, playful, or still. The invitation is simply to listen to your body and let it lead.
No experience needed.
No right or wrong way to move.
Just move. Breathe. Feel. Be.
