Will I get any documents for attending this workshop, if I don't want to get certified?

Yes. You will receive a BSS attainment certificate after the workshop.

If I want to get certified, is there an assessment exam after the training?

Yes. You will be provided with the link to the online exam within 48 hours of completion of training. The exam will consist of mainly MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions), with required passing marks of 65%.

How much time do I have to attempt the online exam?

You have 2 weeks' time to attempt the exam.

If I fail the exam, can I re-take the exam with no additional charges?

Yes. you will have 3 attempts with no additional charges.

Will I get a certificate once I pass the exam?

Yes. You will receive a BSS certification document once you pass the exam.

Is the certificate shareable on social media (e.g. LinkedIn)?

Yes. It is a digital certificate and you can share it with your peers/colleagues via social media (e.g. LinkedIn).

What's the refund policy?
