Meet and connect with fundraisers and leaders who see a better future for how we do our work.
About this Event

Join the Community-Centric Fundraising Toronto Gathering!

Trying to make change in fundraising is hard. It may feel lonely sometimes. But guess what – you are not alone. There are many people in this city who want to be a part of change and want to imagine a different future for our work.

Join us and meet other awesome fundraisers and leaders interested in grounding our work in social and racial justice. We will connect in a beautiful gem of a location, a sister and brother owned noodle shop, where we will share tea and a hot meal, while enjoying each other’s company and creating connections based on shared values.

Cost: $20 at the door for a milk tea and a rice or noodle dish (Elevate Philanthropy Consulting and Radiance Advisory will cover up to 10 meals if finances would create a barrier to participating, just indicate your request on the registration.)

First 5 people to register will get a copy of the powerful book Collecting Courage, a collecting of stories from fourteen Black writers who are charity and fundraising leaders from across Canada and the US.

We will also be collecting funds at the event for mutual aid for Toronto Indigenous Harm Reduction to purchase items from their wish list, with remaining proceeds going to CCF.
