Take a full hour just for you!
Join us for a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound bath at Bayside Community Centre Dublin 13, held on the fourth Sunday of every month, 10:30–11:30am.
As healing sound frequencies wash over you, uph will recieve a mini Reiki healing, creating a nurturing space for rest, release, and recalibration.
