About this Event
Cantonese Level 1 is a beginner comprehensive course, designed for students who have very little to no experience with the Cantonese language. No knowledge of traditional Chinese characters is required to take this level. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to introduce themselves and other people as well as ask basic questions with simple daily topics. In this course, students will learn the following: Pronunciation: Vowels and consonants with jyutping Topics: Greetings, Self-introduction, Family, Pets, Chinese names Grammar: Unit words, Possessive, Questions (Who, What, How, Which, How Many) Numbers: 1 to 100 Characters: 25 related to the topics

Format: Hybrid. Attend live online or in person at San Jose Learning Center, 3170 De La Cruz Blvd, Suite 129, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Tuition: $349 USD for all 7 sessions.
