About this Event
Uncover the stories behind Santa Clara’s delightfully vintage buildings, and how they have been restored. Join us for this year’s tour.
The tour is designed to showcase some of the historic houses and structures while demostrating the preservation and some restored to become unique & comfortable homes for a family in the 21st century.
The homes are typically decorated for Christmas. Docents will be in each location to share information about the location and or the families who once lived there. They also assist with moving the tour through the homes.
The tour is sponsored by the Historic Preservation Society of Santa Clara and the Old Quad Residents' Association. The proceeds support cultural, historical nonprofit groups in the City of Santa Clara.

Home Tour Guidelines
Info: Bathrooms are available at the Woman's Club Adobe & the Headen-Inman House. After Check-In, homes can be viewed anytime during home tour hours in any order. Waiting lines might happen in front of the homes. Some homes may require booties to be worn. No Photography, Video, Smoking, or eating in the tour Homes. Last Tour begins 30 mins before closing. Participation in the tour is voluntary and at your own risk. Santa Clara Historic Home Tour assumes no responsibility for any injury to participants during the tour.
