Our newest Agave Lab Series invites you to journey across Mexico, exploring the country's most celebrated spirits through the regions that define them. Each experience highlights the history, culture, traditions, and producers that make a destination unique while showcasing the spirits that tell the complete story of that region.
Through guided tastings, handcrafted cocktails, and engaging discussion, we'll explore tequila, mezcal, rum, whiskey, and other regional spirits, discovering how each reflects the land and the people who create them.
Join us at Cantina Rosa for the next chapter of our Agave Series: Oaxaca — A Day of the Dead Introduction.
On October 18 from 5–7 PM, explore the spirits, flavors, and traditions of Oaxaca through a guided tasting and cocktail experience inspired by Día de los Muertos. Your experience begins with a Tepache welcome cocktail, followed by three featured Mexican spirits, each presented through a signature cocktail. Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the spirits, producers, and traditions that make Oaxaca one of Mexico’s most distinctive regions.
Tickets include the welcome cocktail, three featured cocktail tastings, and snacks. Space is limited.
