About this Event
Immigrant health is LGBTQ+ health. At a time when immigrant communities are facing escalating attacks on their dignity, rights, and ability to live safely and authentically, standing together for immigrant justice is more important than ever.
No one is illegal on stolen land. Borders, documents, or birthplace should never determine a person’s humanity, dignity, or access to health and safety.
Join us for this training to build the knowledge and tools needed to advance immigrant justice, health equity, and LGBTQ+ inclusion across California, with a special focus on Sacramento and surrounding communities. Together, we can strengthen our support for immigrant communities and advocate for policies that affirm the dignity, health, and self-determination of all people—regardless of immigration status or national origin.
This event is made in collaboration with the Sacramento LGBT Community Center.
Parking: Metered or street parking is available. No parking available in the Center lot.
