In this exclusive women only event your host will share their knowledge through beautiful practices to promote your overall healing and to connect to yourself and the essence of our human existence and experience - physical connection.
Cacao, heart cave meditation, conscious touch circle and resting in touch will nurture your soul to drop into a full relaxation. Your evening will be nothing short of magic with nurturing sounds of beautiful frequencies.
This workshop is held for only 6 participants so it is perfect for those who are keen to discover cuddles/touch therapy but don't want to be around many people.
This workshop is for women only to honor our deep rooted sense of security when women gather. We will be discovering what it means to be safely, platonically touched in an overall nurturing environment by other women to support your feminine healing journey on all levels - emotionally, mentally, physically.

It is recommended to have an easy meal maximum 1 hour before the event to harness maximum effect for body, mind and soul.
Please be mindful of personal hygiene - make sure you are showered maximum 12 hours before the workshop and not wearing strong scents.

About the organiser:
Reka is a CPI certified cuddle therapist, the founder of Hungarian Hug Haven. It is her mission to provide a safe, consent led space for people where you can feel the healing power of human touch, a space where you can simply leave your worries behind, where you don't even have to talk if you don't want to, where you can just simply exist and ease into your breathing and the strokes and snuggles of another person, where there is no expectation to be anyone but yourself or to take things further than the present moment. Isolation, sadness, stress, grief, wanting to feel heard, seen, safe and held are all very valid reasons to ask for the human closeness and touch we all so need. During Reka's group or 1:1 sessions, you can leave all your masks behind.
