About this Event
Join us for a heart opening and grounding evening with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath!
Life asks a lot of us. We're constantly moving, thinking, planning, and doing. This evening is an invitation to slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao together.
Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of cacao that has been used for generations in Indigenous communities throughout Central and South America for ceremony, connection, and reflection. Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and naturally occurring compounds like theobromine, cacao offers a gentle, sustained energy while supporting relaxation and heart-centered awareness. It helps us feel more present, open, and connected to ourselves.
Sound healing uses instruments to create an immersive experience. While everyone's experience is unique, many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and calm afterward. Sound can support the nervous system by encouraging the body to shift out of chronic stress and into a more restorative state, creating space for rest, reflection, and emotional processing.
Together, cacao and sound create a beautiful opportunity to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Come as you are, this is a safe space.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a mug for cacao, a journal, and a pen.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided!
