Assemble outside the Pump Room, Don your finest Georgian attire and join fellow costumed participants for the Georgian Festival Costume Promenade. Beginning at 11:00am outside the Pump Room, this elegant procession is exclusively for those dressed in Georgian costume and forms one of the highlights of the festival programme.
Take to the streets in period dress, showcasing the fashions, style and splendour of the Georgian era while enjoying the company of fellow enthusiasts. From grand gowns and tailored coats to bonnets, waistcoats and accessories, all Georgian-inspired costumes are warmly welcomed.

Cost: Free entry however donations to the Buxton Crescent Heritage Trust would be greatly appreciated.

Please note: Participation in the promenade is reserved for those wearing Georgian costume. Participants are asked to arrive by 10:45am to assemble before the procession sets off.
