The Fourth Annual Buxton Crescent Regency Ball takes place in the Assembly Rooms on Saturday, 26th September 2026.Dance Practice 2pm to 4pm
Ball Arrival 7.00pm
Start of dancing 7.30pm
The renowned Pemberley Players will be entertaining throughout the evening with lively Regency dance tunes, whilst Dance Master Reg Battle invites guests to take to the floor and learn some new moves.
The evening commences with a welcome drink under the ballroom’s ethereal crystal chandeliers, before the dance commences. Drinks are available all night from the Crescent Hotel Parlour Bar and an array of delicious Georgian themed desserts will be served at the interval.
More music and dancing will follow with carriages at 11pm.
Expect feathers, fans, and fantastic frocks as the dress code is Regency costume, to add to the unique atmosphere of the occasion!
Staff and volunteers from the Buxton Crescent Heritage Trust have been working hard to provide a wonderful evening of Regency music and dancing, refreshments, and frivolity.
We look forward to a very fun evening as we journey back to Buxton’s Georgian heyday with you.
