On 30th May in Cornwall Gardens, London, Selfsquared and PACE are hosting an intimate two-hour experience for women who want to feel more grounded, more capable, and more themselves. It brings together a psychology-led confidence session and a guided strength training flow as a single intentional arc from mindset to movement.
This is a small-group wellness event limited to 15 women.
About this experience
Most wellness events in London ask you to consume — a talk, a class, a moment of inspiration that fades by the time you're back on the Tube. This morning is structured differently. It's built around two things that actually shift how you feel in your body and how you relate to yourself: practical psychology tools and intentional physical movement.
The confidence session doesn't deal in affirmations or abstract mindset theory. Christie, co-founder of Selfsquared and certified life coach, draws on psychology to help you understand where self-doubt comes from, how to interrupt it, and how to build the kind of self-trust that holds — not just on a good day, but on the hard ones too. You'll leave with strategies you can use immediately, not concepts you have to translate yourself.
The strength flow doesn't ask you to push through or perform. Myrto, founder of PACE, leads a Signature Strength Flow built around controlled, deliberate movement — designed to challenge your body in a way that feels empowering rather than depleting. The focus is on building strength, stability, and physical presence: the kind of embodied confidence that doesn't come from how you look, but from what you discover your body can do.
Together, these two sessions are designed around a simple idea: confidence is not just a thought. It's something you can feel. And this morning gives you both the language and the physical experience to find it.
What to expect
Part 1 — Confidence Strategies with Christie (45 min)
A guided, psychology-backed conversation on self-doubt, self-trust, and what confidence actually means in practice. Christie leads the group through practical strategies to navigate the inner noise — the comparisons, the second-guessing, the sense that you're not quite ready yet — and replace them with a clearer, more grounded way of showing up. This is participatory but never pressured. You take what's useful and leave the rest.
Part 2 — Signature Strength Flow with Myrto (45 min)
A full-body strength session built around intentional, controlled movement. Designed for all levels — from women who train regularly to those returning to movement after a break. Myrto's approach focuses on stability, awareness, and the connection between physical presence and inner confidence. No performance required. Just you, your body, and the room.

The morning ends with a relaxed, unstructured social moment — light refreshments, snacks, warm conversation, and the kind of easy connection that tends to happen when a small group of like-minded women share a meaningful experience. No agenda. No icebreakers. Just space to reflect and continue the conversation at your own pace.
The setting
This event is held in a private garden: Cornwall Gardens, one of London's quieter garden squares in South Kensington. The space is intimate, beautifully appointed, and deliberately removed from the noise of a gym or conference room. It's the kind of environment where you can actually think, move, and connect — which is exactly the point.
Capacity is capped at 15 guests. Not as a marketing device, but because a morning like this only works when everyone in the room feels seen and supported.
