What to Wear

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.

What to Bring (if you can)

To make your time with us as cosy and comfortable as possible, you may wish to bring:

• A yoga mat or mat

• A blanket

• A pillow (if you need one)

• An Eye Mask (optional if you need it block any light out)

• A notepad and pen

• A bottle of water

• And most importantly, an open heart and mind ✨
