BUFFALO'ED by Jeannie Barroga is a play that theatrically interrogates the role of African American Buffalo Soldiers in the Philippines during the Philippine American War, circa 1899. |

Following the reading will be a Facilitated Dialog by historian Michael Salgarolo and scholar Cynthia Marasigan.
