Beneath the noise of everyday life lies a deeper awareness waiting to be explored.
Through intentional breathing, breathwork offers a way to reconnect with yourself, access deeper layers of your subconscious, and gain new perspectives on what may be keeping you stuck. A powerful practice for cultivating inner calm, clarity, intuition, and meaningful change.
Who is breathwork for?
Breathwork may be right for you if you are:
- Seeking deep relaxation and better sleep
- Looking for clarity in life, work, or relationships
- Ready to release old emotions and patterns
- Wanting to tap into your creativity, intuition, and inner wisdom
What to expect
- Orientation and intention setting
- Somatic movement to prepare the body
- Guided breathwork while lying on your back
- Integration
- Sharing circle
As you breathe, things that have been held, such as stress, tension, and emotion, often begin to surface and release. The experience can be intense, and it’s different for everyone, but your body’s intelligence will only allow what you’re ready for, and you are always in control. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and clearer, with a stronger connection to their own intuition.
Benefits
- Feel lighter, calmer, more grounded, and more like yourself
- Reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom
- Gain fresh insights and clarity around something you've been working to heal or move through
What to bring
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen
- Yoga mat and blanket (or use the ones provided at the studio)
- Eye mask or something to cover your eyes during the journey
Gery and Waka will guide you throughout the session, creating a supportive space for your experience. They may offer gentle, supportive touch to encourage relaxation and energy flow, always with your consent.
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience is needed.
