I’m elated to announce the official release of my 1st breathwork track “Medicine Wheel BreathFlow” created in the recording studio at Embody Costa Rica with musician-producer, DTO!Journey around the Medicine Wheel through this collaborative practice of guided breathwork and live music. Followed by a community ecstatic dance to serve as a pathway to release energy, liberation to renew your body, clear your mind, and create conscious connection.
