About this Event
Look at the people around you. Do your relationships leave you fuller, or quietly emptier? And when did you last let someone actually show up for you?
This is a session in an ongoing cycle built on The Soul Wheel: eight areas of your life, mapped like the spokes of a bicycle wheel. When one spoke is out of balance, the whole ride gets wobbly. Today we turn toward Relationships & Community — not as a checklist of who to call, but as an honest look at where you over-give, where you armor up, and where you're allowed to need people.
This session is an honest look at where you are right now. Nothing to fix, nothing bad or wrong about whatever you find. Just an honest question: what have your relationships been trying to show you, and where would you like to be?
What the 90 minutes look like
- A short, grounded introduction to The Soul Wheel and the one spoke we're working with
- Simple guided breathing to settle the nervous system — no experience needed
- Quiet reflection and journaling prompts
- A settling meditation to close
- Optional sharing. Genuinely optional — plenty of people never say a word, and that's a complete way to be here.
What to bring
Comfortable clothes, a pen, and a journal. Mats and blankets are provided. Water is available.
Come to one, or ride the whole wheel
Each 90-minute session stands alone. The cycle runs twice a month through January, moving through all eight spokes — but there's no commitment and no catching up required. Start here.
Tickets are $25 — an introductory rate for this first cycle. Sessions will be $40 starting February 2027.
A note on your body
Breathwork is an experiential practice, not medical treatment, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces care from your healthcare provider. If you're pregnant or managing a heart condition, epilepsy, a seizure disorder, recent surgery, or acute anxiety or panic, please tell us on the health screening form at checkout and mention it when you arrive — every practice has a gentle alternative, and you're welcome here.
