Breathing with our Ancestors

A journaling and breathwork ceremony to connect with ourselves, our bodies, and our vibrant and well ancestors.
About this Event

You are invited to this space to connect with your ancestors, and essentially with yourself!

With the powerful and simple practices of journaling, sharing intentions, and focusing on a breathwork pattern as a portal, we will open up space to commune with our vibrant and well ancestors.

You might have an ongoing deep relationship with your ancestors, and this could be just a space to bring your gratitude for that relationship. Or maybe this is an entirely new relationship and you're not sure how to connect! Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome to bring all of yourself to this space and be held in these practices and the intention of our collective space.

This event will include guided journaling prompts, optional shares, and a sustained breathwork practice to nurture the nervous system and open up a space of communication between you and your well ancestors.

If this is for you I am honored to walk with you in this way! We'll meet in the One Heart Wellness Studio, and this offering is pay what you can.
