About this Event
BREATHE, RELEASE & RESET
A Somatic Breathwork Experience
Sometimes, we become so accustomed to carrying stress, grief, responsibility, and unprocessed emotions that we don’t recognize how much our bodies are holding.
Somatic Breathwork gives you an opportunity to pause.
Through intentional breathing, immersive music, supportive prompts, and guided integration, this experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body and gently explore what may be ready to move, soften, or be released.
No two breathwork experiences are exactly alike. You may experience emotional release, physical sensations, greater mental clarity, deep relaxation, new personal awareness, or simply a chance to step outside the constant stream of thoughts and responsibilities.
There is no “right” way to experience the session. You will be encouraged to honor your body, your boundaries, and your individual process throughout the experience.
WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?
Somatic Breathwork may be supportive for you if you:
• Feel overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
• Have difficulty slowing down or quieting your thoughts
• Are navigating grief, loss, caregiving, divorce, or another transition
• Feel disconnected from yourself or your body
• Recognize that you have been operating in survival mode
• Want to explore a body-based practice for relaxation and self-awareness
• Are ready to create space for clarity, healing, and change
No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The experience will include:
• A welcome and explanation of the process
• Gentle preparation and grounding
• A guided breathwork journey using immersive audio
• Time to rest and integrate the experience
• Optional reflection and conversation afterward
The audio and emotional intensity may vary throughout the journey. This is not a traditional quiet meditation. You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and adjust your participation when needed.
