A little space for YOU.To breathe. To let go. To feel. To receive.
This session brings together two powerful practices that complement each other so beautifully. Breathwork invites you to connect with your body, explore your emotions, and release. Reiki offers another layer of support, inviting you to find calm, receive, and reconnect with YOU.
We’ll start with light movement to wake up the body, loosen stagnant energy, and break the ice.
Then, we’ll drop into the breath. I’ll guide you through different breathing patterns, allowing you to go as deep as feels right for you. A space to explore, feel, release, and find clarity.
After the breathwork, you’ll be guided into meditation before moving into rest and integration time.
This is where Reiki comes in.
As you settle in and relax, I’ll offer individual Reiki healing, giving you time to receive, and simply BE.
There will be an optional share and time to connect afterwards.
Maximum of 6 participants.
You’ll need:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Pillow and blanket
Journal and pen (if you wish)
Blindfold (I have enough for everyone!)
