About this Event
What if the version of you you’ve been looking for is already there?
The calmer you.
The clearer you.
The more confident you - the one who responds differently, chooses differently and moves through life with more ease.
This 3-hour mind–body experience brings together ancient yogic breathwork and modern neuroencoding to help you shift your state, interrupt old patterns and create space for a different way of being.
You’ll experience two connected sessions with Vera Pleshakova and Kristina Gazi - beginning with the breath, moving into your patterns, and ending with a deeper connection to the version of you that is ready to lead.
Breathe. Choose. Become.
Come curious. Come comfortable. Come ready to experience yourself differently.
Part 1. Breath Reprogramming
A Pranayama Immersion with Vera Pleshakova
You have taken roughly 200 million breaths. Nobody ever taught you how.
It is the one thing your body does every moment of your life, awake or asleep, and the only one of its automatic functions you are also allowed to steer. Most people never pick up the wheel.
So the breath gets programmed by everything else instead.
A deadline shortens it. A difficult conversation holds it. Eight hours folded over a laptop pushes it up into the chest and leaves it there, shallow and quick, until shallow and quick is simply how you breathe now. You didn't choose that pattern. You inherited it from your schedule.
Here is the part that changes things: it runs the other way too.
Your breath doesn't only report on your state - it sets it. Change the rhythm and the nervous system follows. Which means the thing you've been waiting to feel calmer before you can do is actually the thing that makes you calmer. This is not a metaphor. It is plumbing. And it means the pattern can be rewritten deliberately, by you, in about ninety seconds.
In this session, we will go into it properly.
We begin with the yogic map of the breath - surya bhedana and chandra bhedana, the solar and lunar channels. One nostril to warm, wake and mobilise. The other to cool, soften and settle. Two thousand years before anyone measured anything, this tradition worked out that you carry both a heater and a thermostat, and that most of us have lost the dial.
Then we practice:
- Bhastrika - the bellows. Heat, fire, a body that wakes up without caffeine
- Nadi shodhana - the balancer. Alternate nostril breathing, for when the mind is loud and the elements are uneven
- Kapalabhati - the cleanser. Sharp, bright, clearing out what the morning left behind
- Slow, extended breathing - the one you take to your desk, your commute, the ten minutes before you lose your temper
- Stillness afterwards - because the real teaching is in what you notice when the breathing stops
You will leave with a handful of techniques you can actually use, and something harder to name: the sense that this one thing, available to you for free, every second, has been sitting there unused the whole time.
Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Practice on a light stomach if you can - nothing heavy for two hours beforehand.
Meet the Facilitator
Vera Pleshakova is the founder of DHARMA SPACE and has been teaching for fourteen years. She is registered at the 500-hour level (RYT 500) and works as a teacher training facilitator - much of her time is spent teaching other teachers how to read a body and adapt to it. Her work sits where traditional yogic practice meets a plain, practical explanation of what is happening and why.

Part 2. Meet Your Alter Ego
A Mind–Body Neuroencoding Experience with Kristina Gazi
There is a part of you that already lives the way you want to live.
Calm where you used to react. Clear where you used to hesitate. At ease with the very thing you keep struggling with.
Not someone you pretend to be. A part of you that simply hasn't been allowed to lead yet.
Most of the time, an older pattern leads instead.
A familiar thought. A familiar feeling in the body. A familiar reaction you've promised yourself you'd stop having.
These patterns aren't flaws. They are learned states, built in sequence (a thought becomes a feeling, a feeling becomes an action, and repeated actions become your life), and rooted in an origin, an old experience your nervous system still remembers as the safest way to be.
You can understand a pattern perfectly and still repeat it. Real change happens when the mind and body learn a new way together.
In this session, you will:
- Gently trace one recurring pattern back to where it began
- Use breath and physiology to release its hold in the moment
- Meet your alter ego: give them a name, a voice and a presence, and discover how they think, feel and move through life
- Anchor their state in your body through movement, breath and celebration
- Leave with your Alter Ego Power Statement to return to whenever the old pattern calls
This is a guided, experiential session, not a lecture. Come as you are. Wear something comfortable and bring a pen.
