About this Event
What if intimacy could begin with something as simple as a breath?
This month at Practice in Intimacy, we’re exploring the art and science of Tantric breathwork and how intentional breathing can shift the way we experience our bodies, our nervous systems, and one another.
Breath is one of the few things we do automatically and can consciously change. Slow it down, deepen it, synchronize it with another person, and suddenly something interesting happens: we become more present. More aware. Sometimes more open to sensation, vulnerability, connection, and pleasure.
Together, we’ll explore accessible Tantric breathing practices designed to help you:
• Get out of your head and more fully into your body
• Build awareness of sensation and arousal
• Explore breath as a tool for nervous-system regulation
• Practice shared and synchronized breathing
• Deepen emotional and embodied connection
• Play with the relationship between breath, energy, intimacy,
and pleasure
No previous Tantra or breathwork experience is needed. Come solo, with a partner, or simply curious.
As always, Practice in Intimacy is an experiential laboratory—an opportunity to learn a little, experiment a little, and perhaps discover something about yourself you weren’t expecting.
Come breathe with us. Literally.
