This monthly breathwork session is a 90-minute guided experience where there is nothing to achieve, nothing to perform,….simply Arrive, Breathe and Experience.
Through intentional breath patterns, your nervous system begins to regulate. Stress softens. Awareness increases. Emotional tension may release. Clarity often surfaces naturally. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded and more connected to themselves and with others.

Details:
Duration – 90 mins (arrival, guided breathwork, integration)
Ceremonial grade cacao on arrival (a delicious healthy and heart opening drink)
Doors will close at start time to ensure participants are not disrupted
What to Bring:
* Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing
* Yoga mat or something to lie on
* Small pillow/s, blanket/s and bolster (if have one)
* Water Bottle
* Eye mask (optional)
