A full morning of mindful movement, breathwork and Ayurvedic wisdom - a exploration of the gut-brain connection, the nature of brain and nervous system imbalance, and tools for creating a personalised protocol for not only achieving mental and emotional balance but also reaching the full potential of our natural intelligence and inner life.
This session is aimed to both de-mist and 'demystify' the brain and nervous system. It's one of four standalone morning retreats, in the second half of 2026, offering a unique experience and understanding of how Yoga & Ayurveda can elevate our health and perspective to another level.
The brain plays an incredible as not only the central processing unit of the body and minds functions but also as 'just one' of many interconnected organs in the complex web of the human body.
When we realise don't need to take our mental state so 'personally' - we can start to really manage the brain/nervous system/mind for optimal function.
Just as we might show some love to the kidneys or liver by adjusting our diet and lifestyle, we can also make adjustments to heal and optimise brain function.
A Holistic Health protocol for the brain can help us:
~ navigate the complexities of ourselves, families, friends and our work and responsibilities
~ better understand the influence of our environment, diet and lifestyle, on our thoughts, feelings, habits and performance
~ stay connected to our human nature and also provide optimal conditions for working and playing for the greatest positive impact.

Some knowledge of yoga and / or Ayurveda is helpful but not essential.
This morning retreat is one of four I'll be hosting this year. They'll be sweet standalone sessions so you can just attend one or you can try to make it to all of them, creating layers of udnerstanding and support for your ongoing selfcare, and care for those around you.
