Glasgow had loads of clubs but here are three that we loved:
THE TUNNEL – Glasgow’s original superclub. Opening in 1990 on Mitchell Street, it became famous for its glamorous atmosphere, huge dancefloor and world-class DJs. From ARK on Fridays to TRIUMPH on Saturdays, it was a defining part of the city’s 90s clubbing scene.
ARCHAOS – The multi-level Queen Street nightclub that became a Glasgow institution. With different floors, huge parties and a reputation for energetic dance music, it was a favourite for students and clubbers throughout the late 90s and early 2000s.
BABAZA – A favourite among Glasgow clubbers, remembered for its music, packed dancefloors and distinctive place in the city’s nightlife.
