You’re invited to celebrate the launch of Shaping the Field: A 12-Week Relational Intelligence Journal for Leadership and Life.
Every workplace, team and family has a relational field: what people bring, what they leave behind, and how it shapes what happens next. This journal gives you twelve weeks of plain-language questions to help you notice that field, understand your part in it, and shape it with intention, at work and at home.
The journal is built on the Relational Intelligence Framework™, which Julia developed over decades in healthcare, education, leadership and caregiving.
