Philosphy and Methodology
Body Lab is not a pure Feldenkrais Method workshop, but it is always heavily informed by the Method. Rosamond is a Feldenkrais Practitioner and Pilates teacher, who teaches people of all ages, backgrounds, and interests. She is approachable, creative and practical; she recognises the importance of demystifying movement training, bodywork and wellbeing practices, debunking dangerous internet content, and making the work functional, relevant and accessible to each individual.
"Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself." Moshe Feldenkrais
