About this Event
Black Women Recovery Night 💜✨
Sis… it’s time to clock out and pour back into YOU.
Starting May 23rd and every 3rd Saturday of the month, we’re taking over The Cove Sauna and Cold Plunge for a night dedicated to rest, relaxation, and real vibes.
This is your space to unwind, reset, and just be
No pressure. No expectations. Just good energy.
For $15, you get full access to:
• Infrared therapy to melt the stress away
• Saunas to detox and decompress
• Cold plunge if you’re feeling bold 👀
• Hot tubs to soak and relax
• And more wellness experiences
Come solo for some peaceful “me time” or bring your girls and turn it into a full self-care night. Whether you’re chatting, laughing, or sitting in silence, this space is yours.
Because taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury… it’s necessary.
Pull up. Reset. Refill your cup. We’ll see you there 💫
