BLACK MARKET KARMA: Black Market Karma are a Neo-Psychedelic group from the UK. Their sound is thick and colourful, the core of it rooted in 60’s Guitar & Pop music, with layers of 90’s Psychedelia, Fuzzed out tones and drunken grooves. They’ve incorporated touches of Folk, Blues, Lo-Fi Electronica, Hip Hop influenced beats and traditional Indian music. Hailing from London and now residing on the South Coast of England, the band have 11 albums in their catalogue, all written and self produced in their entireity by band leader and multi-instrumentalist Stan Belton. They are recognised and respected by their peers within contemporary Psych Rock, having toured with The Black Angels and The Warlocks, and collaborated with Sonic boom (Ex Spacemen 3) and The Telescopes, Tess Parks and The Underground Youth.
Förband: Pill Mill
PILL MILL är ett band som föddes ur en gemensam vilja att skapa musik som känns mer än den följer regler. Med en explosiv blandning av garagepunk, powerpop och rock levererar bandet snabba, svettiga och kompromisslöst energifyllda låtar som inte lämnar någon oberörd.
Förra sommaren släppte Pill Mill sin första EP, sju låtar inspelade med noll budget men mycket vilja. Resultatet är musik som är rå, direkt och full av nerv, precis som deras spelningar.
Till hösten planeras en till EP att släppas med nytt råare sound.
När Pill Mill står på scen är det alltid fullt ös, en stor dos glädje och en känsla av att allt kan hända. Det är intensivt, spontant och helt omöjligt att stå still. Missa dem inte!
