# BLACK COFFEE PARTY BUS + UNOFFICIAL AFTER-PARTY**October 30th • Austin, TX • 21+**
Black Coffee is coming to Austin — and we’re turning it into an entire night.
We’re launching **FOUR party buses** from East End Ballroom and taking over the night from start to finish.
And yes… **we know where the venue is 😉**
More importantly, we know what getting there — and especially getting home — is going to look like.
The Black Coffee venue is not the kind of place you want to be standing outside at midnight refreshing Uber over and over again, hoping someone accepts your ride. **Getting an Uber back from this location is expected to be extremely difficult.**
So don’t deal with it.
Come pregame with us, jump on one of four party buses, ride to Black Coffee with an incredible group of people, and when the show ends, we’ll bring everyone straight back to East End Ballroom to keep the night going.
**Black Coffee concert admission is sold separately.**
## THE NIGHT
### 6:00–7:30 PM — PREGAME AT EAST END BALLROOM
Come early.
We’ll have the music going, DJs playing, drinks flowing, cameras out, and everyone checking in before the buses leave.
Expect Drink Specials on:
- **Espresso Martinis**
- **Skinny Martinis**
- **Halloween Shots**
Plus DJs, photos, videos, costumes, and the beginning of what should be a very long night.
**Costumes are expected. Halloween costumes or rave attire is expected & required.**
Halloween. Rave. Sexy. Wild. Somewhere in between.
Do your thing.
### 7:30 PM — FOUR PARTY BUSES DEPART
At **7:30 PM, we are gone.**
All four party buses will leave East End Ballroom together and head to the Black Coffee venue.
Music. Lighting. A packed bus full of people ready for Black Coffee.
**Do not miss the bus.**
We strongly recommend arriving between **6:00 and 7:00 PM** so you have plenty of time to check in, grab a drink, meet everyone, and get situated before departure.
### BLACK COFFEE
We’ll take you directly to the venue.
From there, go disappear into Black Coffee for the night.
**Your Black Coffee admission ticket must be purchased separately.**

### MIDNIGHT — WE'RE COMING BACK
When Black Coffee ends around midnight, **all four buses will be waiting to bring everyone directly back to East End Ballroom.**
No hunting for an Uber.
No surge pricing roulette.
No standing around hoping someone eventually picks you up.
Get back on the bus and keep going.
## THE UNOFFICIAL AFTER-PARTY
While Black Coffee is happening, the unofficial after-party will already be getting started at East End Ballroom.
**Free entry before 10:00 PM.**
After 10:00 PM, admission will be available separately and tickets may also be available at the door. **People are invited to come to after party even if they did not go to the Black Coffee Show. Costume attire still enforced.**
Party-bus tickets INCLUDE access to the after-party when the buses return.
Then we keep going until **2:30 AM.**
Expect DJs, surprise performances, nightlife entertainment, spooky magic, Halloween energy, and a few things we’re intentionally not announcing yet.
## THE SCHEDULE
**6:00 PM** — Doors / Pregame Begins\
**6:00–7:30 PM** — DJs, Drinks, Check-In, Photos + Videos\
**7:30 PM SHARP** — Four Party Buses Depart\
**Black Coffee** — Secret Austin Location 😉\
**Around Midnight** — Buses Depart Black Coffee\
**Midnight–2:30 AM** — Unofficial After-Party at East End Ballroom
## IMPORTANT
**21+ only.**
**Black Coffee admission is NOT included and must be purchased separately.**
**Party buses leave at 7:30 PM sharp. If you miss the bus, we cannot guarantee alternate transportation to the show.**
This is Halloween weekend.
Come dressed accordingly.
Four buses. Black Coffee. No Uber nightmare. And one more party waiting for you when you get back.
