Leave the stress of everyday life behind and settle into an evening of soothing sounds, glowing lights, and candlelit ambiance.
Glow & Chill is a Halloween-themed sound bath designed to help you slow down, relax, and recharge.
Surrounded by black lights and soft candlelight, you’ll be immersed in a soft glow and soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
No tricks, no treats required. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing for a while.

• Yoga mat (we have extra mats on-site in case you need to borrow one)
• Water bottle
• OPTIONAL: Eye Mask
• OPTIONAL : Pillow & Blanket for comfort
• Anything else that helps you settle in and relax
Come dressed to chill!
Wear your favorite cozy PJs, Halloween costume, or something comfortable. Glow accessories are welcome!

No yoga experience or meditation practice is needed. Just bring yourself and an open mind.

* We will be in the auditorium, which is located right by the cafe.
* Public Parking available outside Casa De Luz on Toomey Rd.
* Please arrive 15 mins early to secure parking and check-in.
