BILLIE & BEYOND is a music series showcasing the next generation of female vocalists and instrumentalists who are lighting up the stage with jazz, R&B, gospel, and more continuing the legacy of Billie Holiday’s artistry and activism.
Our featured artist, , is a Haitian-American singer, songwriter, and actress whose work spans Broadway, television, and film. Since stepping into the music scene, she has been spotlighted by Rolling Stone, i-D Magazine, and NPR, where she emerged as a standout entry in the 2022 Tiny Desk Contest. Blending her talents, she recently landed six original compositions across her latest film projects for BET and Paramount.
