About this Event
Biblical Healin
Step into a morning of spiritual alignment, deep community, and holistic self-care at Through Grace Coffee. Hosted by Grace & Glow, this intimate gathering is designed to nurture both your spirit and your physical body as we explore how stewarding our temple includes caring for our minds, our skin, and our overall well-being.
What to Expect (Our Flow)
Mind & Spirit (The Bible Study Segment): We begin with an intentional time of scripture, prayer, and fellowship rooted in biblical wellness, aligning our hearts and minds before stepping into physical care.
Body & Glow (The Wellness Segment): Transitioning into practical care, we dive into the science of radiant health. We will explore expert skincare and the path to natural "glass skin," introduce award-winning formulations, and walk through targeted reflexology techniques you can use at home to de-stress and revitalize your body.
