About this Event
Black Families in Nature (BFIN) 2027 is a community series bringing Black children, families, and early childhood providers together through nature outings, outdoor learning, camp, STEM, and shared experiences. The series supports equitable access to high-quality nature-based learning and safe outdoor environments across San Francisco.
BFIN is a product of Goal 4 — Nature-Based Learning, Outdoor Access & Environmental Justice of the CPAC Black Children & Families Committee, in partnership with SF Children & Nature. The series is powered by African American Early Childhood Educators and Our Kids First. Event dates, locations, age guidelines, and accessibility details will be shared for each gathering as they are confirmed.
