Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself the gift of fifty minutes of mindful rest.
During this immersive sound bath, Monica Dionysiou uses soothing tones and vibrations to create a calming environment where you can slow down, release the day's tension, and reconnect with yourself. No previous sound bath or meditation experience is necessary. Simply get comfortable, be present, and allow the sound to wash over you.
Beyond the Noise is the first experience in our Beyond Wellness series, thoughtfully curated events designed to help you explore simple, meaningful practices that support your well being without becoming one more task on your to do list.
WHAT TO BRING Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. A pillow is optional but encouraged for added comfort.
WHAT TO WEAR Loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.
ARRIVAL Please arrive by 4:50 PM to settle in before the sound bath begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to avoid arriving late, as entering after the experience has begun may disrupt the rest and relaxation of others.
