OVERVIEW:
Running a business rarely goes exactly according to plan. In this interactive workshop, you’ll work with peers to tackle a real-world business challenge, make decisions with incomplete information, and adapt when unexpected “plot twists” change the situation. Through creative activities, role-playing and problem-solving, you’ll practice responding to uncertainty, trusting your judgment and making decisions when there is no obvious right answer.
YOUR FACILITATOR:
Nicole Kurtz is an artist, educator, and founder of Aducate Digital, based in Akron, Ohio. She helps entrepreneurs make sense of marketing without the fluff. Her approach turns big ideas into simple, smart strategies that actually feel good to use. As an outsourced partner for small businesses, Nicole offers both hands-on support and honest guidance to help clients grow at a pace that works for them.
She also designs learning experiences that stick. With a background in instructional design, she knows how to break down tricky topics and turn them into tools people can actually use. Whether she’s building a brand, writing a workshop, or creating a resource, Nicole’s focus is the same: make it clear, make it thoughtful, and make it matter.

PARKING:

Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.
WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS
This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
