Bend, Bead, & Buzz

Put your phone on Do Not Disturb and step onto the mat! Join us for a 45-minute, all-levels yoga flow designed to help you reset for the upcoming week. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this playful flow is all about feeling good in your body. After savasana, the crafting party begins! We will gather around to create custom, colorful phone bead bracelets (Y2K-style wristlet straps). We will provide a massive bar of whimsical beads, think charms, pearls, neon stars, smiley faces, and custom letter beads, so you can make a strap that perfectly matches your aesthetic.
