Chen-Style Tai Chi with Xin
An Invitation to Move, Breathe & Flow
For over 25 years, Xin has devoted himself to the practice and teaching of Chen-style Tai Chi, sharing this beautiful art with students of all ages and levels.
Rooted in one of the oldest traditions of Tai Chi, Chen style blends graceful, flowing movement with moments of strength, rhythm, and grounded power. Through spiraling movements known as silk reeling, students develop greater balance, coordination, awareness, and ease in the body.
Xin believes Tai Chi is more than a physical practice—it is a way of cultivating presence and allowing life to move with greater harmony.
“As a sport and an art, Tai Chi makes life flow easily.” — Xin
His classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, learn a simple practice, and develop a routine that can be carried into everyday life.
