About this Event
The holidays bring joy, connection and celebration, but they can also activate familiar patterns that leave us feeling overwhelmed, depleted, resentful or disconnected from ourselves.
This interactive afternoon tea experience brings together nervous system regulation and unconscious pattern work to explore not only how holiday stress shows up in the brain and body, but what may be driving it in the first place.
Together, Jessica Haas, neurosomatic coach, and Gina Fontaine of Cereset Cherry Creek will help participants:
- Recognize personal holiday stress patterns
- Notice how stress appears in the body
- Understand the connection between stress, the brain and the body and learn how to support regulation before stress takes over.
- Identify what lies beneath their automatic responses
- Practice simple tools for interrupting the stress cycle.
Each participant will build a personalized Calm Toolbox to take home and use throughout the holiday season.
