We have Open Mat every Sunday from Noon-2 PM that is free to all visitors that train in wrestling, jiujitsu, or judo and want to cross train.Grappling is evolving faster than ever, and the only way to keep up is to train together. Cross-training isn't "disloyalty" it's how we all level up. That is why we are breaking down the walls between gyms and opening our doors to the entire West Michigan community.
At Bear Trap AJJ, we believe the sport only gets better when the community gets stronger. Our Open Mat philosophy is simple:
