Warm-up & Conditioning: Begin with 20 minutes of stretching, calisthenics, and exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Karate Fundamentals: Learn basic American Karate techniques tailored to your skill level, building muscle memory through structured forms and drills for practical use.
Self-Defense Training: Gain skills to apply techniques effectively in real-world situations, emphasizing discipline and safety.
This class welcomes beginners and experienced martial artists alike, offering a supportive and structured environment. Bonus: Kobudo training with Bo/Staff, Tonfa, and Sai is also included.
