About this Event
Welcome to the Be United Member Sessions: a three-part training with The Good Trouble Co., bringing Be United members together to explore values-led practice, leadership styles, and more sustainable ways of working.
Our first Be United Member Session will feature The Good Trouble Co.’s Values Compass™ Workshop, followed by dedicated networking time.
In this workshop, participants will be guided through a two hour workshop which will help them explore their values using the Values Compass tool. By the end, workshop participants will have eight values that resonate with them and have a chance to explore what these values look like in practice. This workshop is an ‘alone-together’ session, in which participants are encouraged to share their values if they like, but they can also keep their values to themselves. They will design a physical values compass that they can take away with them. Participants are encouraged to bring something to write with (either pen or pencil or a tablet). Papers and writing tools will be provided.
The workshop is led by the founder of The Good Trouble Co., facilitator Briana Pegado.
