📍 Basecamp 2.0, Unit 3 Larchwood Avenue, PO9 3BE
📅 Saturday 4 October · 9:00am – 1:00pm
Grab your partner and get ready to throw down. This October, Basecamp 2.0 is teaming up with Tenzing and PortaSauna to bring 32 pairs together for one unmissable morning of partner training, community, and recovery, powered by GOOD ENERGY.
This one's park run style: no ranked winners, just your score to beat next time. It's less about who finishes first and more about experiencing a proper competitive event in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
How it works
You and your partner will take on 6 stations across the gym floor: Ski, Row, Bike, Shuttle/Farmers Carry, Burpees, Wall Balls, plus 2 rest stations. It's you go, I go: 10 minutes of work per station, 5 minutes to recover, until every team has been through the lot. No two rounds feel the same, and every pair in the room is working at once, so the energy never dips.
Recover in style
Once the last round's done, head into our Recovery Zone courtesy of PortaSauna: ice baths set up to help you ease those legs before the day winds down. Tenzing will be on hand to keep you fuelled, DJ Callum's on the decks all day, and our photographer/videographer will be capturing the whole thing, so bring your A-game.
