Rooted in the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, this gathering invites us to connect with one another as we align with the changing seasons. Together, we'll explore time-tested herbal wisdom to boost immunity and support vitality, creating a shared space of rest, nourishment, and collective well-being.
Your journey begins by connecting with the group in a grounding meditation to root our collective energy, followed by an engaging Ayurvedic education session on seasonal herbal wellness. Next, we will gather to hand-craft personalized herbal teas in an interactive tea curation. We'll then engage in a centering yin yoga practice to release physical tension, culminating in an extended meditation and sound bowl sessionthat leaves you deeply rested and reconnected—both to yourself and your surrounding community. Mindfully created by Alex and Madelyn, we hope you will join us to welcome the changing season with intention and connection.
