The 6-Week Self-Care Toolkit is a grounded, supportive sanctuary designed to help you slow down, quiet mental chatter, and ease physical tension. Through weekly 90-minute sessions, we combine gentle movement, conscious breathwork, and deep restoration to help you transition from "tired but wired" into calm clarity.
🌙 What’s Included
Weekly Movement Practices: Alternating Qigong, Yin, and Kundalini yoga to ground frazzled energy.
Nervous System Breathwork: Simple techniques to reduce stress and build daily resilience.
Deep Restoration & Sound: Includes two extended Gong relaxation sessions (Weeks 3 & 6) 🎶✨
Self-Massage Techniques: Hands-on practices for head, neck, face, and shoulders to release stored tension.
