As summer gives way to fall, this immersive sound healing experience offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and create space for renewal and intention.
During this restorative session, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Allow the soothing frequencies to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and energetic balance as you transition into a new season.
Whether you're seeking rest, clarity, or a moment of connection, this sound bath is designed to help you ground, reset, and embrace the abundance of autumn. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you relax, such as a blanket or pillow.
