Our evening begins with ceremonial cacao—a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in sacred rituals. Cacao invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself with clarity, compassion and intention.
A nourishing ritual to honour the balance of the Equinox, using heart-opening cacao, soothing sound frequencies, and guided manifestation to release what no longer serves you and create space for your intentions, deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous-system calming, heart connection, greater clarity, grounding, and renewed focus on your desires and intentions.
